My name is Kamryn and thank you for choosing Klassique! Couple of things you need to know before booking...
1. There is a NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT of $25 required to book an appointment. It will go towards your service fee. Remaining balance should be paid in CASH/CASH APP/ ZELLE.
2.EARLY BIRD: Early/Later appointments available upon request, with an additional $65 fee. Please text or email for availability. Before 8am and after 8pm. This fee is only for 6-8am or 8-10pm appts.. earlier/later times will be $100 early fee.
3.LATE FEES: Due to the nature of the business, if you are 10 min late, Add $10.. After 15 mins, your appointment is a no call/ no show and is CANCELED! You will be charged for the REMAINING BALANCE.. NO EXCEPTIONS.
4. CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULES: Life happens. So You may cancel/reschedule your appointment up to 24 hrs before your appointment… anytime after that 100% of your service fee will be charged. NO EXCEPTIONS! You may only reschedule your appointment once, after that your appointment will be canceled. NO CALL/ SHOW is the same and you may be blocked from making further appointments.
5. Because of space, NO EXTRA GUESTS, unless getting serviced by me.
6.For the best flawless application, Please have eyebrows, lips waxed and face washed before appointment. ANY GROOMING WILL REQUIRE A $5 fee.
7.HOLIDAYS: All appointments booked on a holiday will incur a $75 fee. You may add this to your booking by going to “add on's” i.e. Christmas Eve, Valentine’s Day, NYE, New Years Day, Thanksgiving, and Easter, July 4th, Memorial, Mother's Day, etc.)

Upon arrival you may park in the garage on the first or second floor. Once parked walk out of the garage make a right down the sidewalk and the door is directly across the street from the white building with the blue border. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR MASK! Get on the elevator and come to the 3rd floor!
